Overall was a pleasant stay but could be a bit better for the money you pay Positive: The views were to die for and the bungalow cabin was nice and Cosy Negative: Not having enough PowerPoints in the room The room needs there own fridge and coffee and tea and jug for the price you pay for the room The kitchen facilities was fine until we saw a mouse running around the food and toaster cereal area

We enjoyed the two mile walk along the lake into Queenstown, and the views from the property and the quiet were great. W Positive: The accommodation was as advertised and the whole place had a welcoming easy-going relaxed vibe. Our hostess was fantastic. Lovely person.

Private, relaxing and comfortable. A peaceful retreat for couples or solo travellers. Positive: The view was stunning, the place was private and cozy, and home two 3 legendary dogs (shoutout Dusky). Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and hardly ever busy. Breakfast was sufficient and a nice touch. Kaari and Paul were super welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, and were willing to go above and beyond for everyone there. Optional free morning yoga and lake swims were a plus if that's your vibe. Yes it's a short drive out of the main city, but with a hire car it was no problem at all to find free parking when we felt like travelling in - there is also a bus that leaves right out the front if needed. Overall, the best place my partner and I have stayed throughout our NZ trip. Cheers Kaari and Paul! - Harry and Steph Negative: Nothing.

Nice Positive: Host was really nice and kind. The terrace is impressive. Negative: It would be nice to have an additional toilet available.
